Room was good, I liked the decor and space, breakfast was also quality stuff.

Fantastic property, very luxurious and very clean. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and will assist you with anything you might need. The breakfast is worth any extra fees. I highly recommend this location!

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful even when it came to storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Hotel location was great for us as well.

Acca was very beautifully decorated and modern. We loved the accent chairs and bathroom, although shower is on the small side. The staff was impeccable. I left something in the states and had it shipped to the hotel and they were very hands on and was emailing and calling FedEx on my behalf. I’ve never had a hotel staff go out their way as much as they did. Great AC in the rooms when it was the hottest days of the year. And, is very close to a waterbus stop! Will definitely book again if I’m in town.

This place was easy to find, in a great location and included a lovely free breakfast. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and I slept really well. I would go back!

The place was really clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Cristina gave us a lot of tips on where to visit and the best way to get there. We really enjoy it. Breakfast was delicious and we felt at home.

New property (about a year old as of May 2025), right off of Campo San Polo. Lovely furnishings, new fixtures and furniture. The decoration throughout was well appointed and tasteful. The breakfast/coffee area was really cute. The entrance area elevated the vibe of the property. Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was also very close to some great waterside and inside food spots.

Everything is new, clean, the bed is great germ lots of pillows. Breakfast included. Just perfect. The location is newly renovated about 1 year and it's just great to stay there.

Friendly helpful staff, immaculately clean throughout building and fresh modern exterior , good size lovely bedroom and en suite, good buffet breakfast selection. Quiet location but close to all sights.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located next to Campo San Polo. The property was spotless, and everything appeared brand new. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options. Highly recommend!
