Good to know
• Operational schedule: Doge's Palace Tour (2 hours) starts at 11.10am and Skip the Line: Best of Venice Walking Tour with St Mark’s Basilica and Grand Canal tour (3 hours) starts at 2.30 pm. There is a lunch break between 1.10pm and 2.30pm when it starts the second part of your tour featuring St Mark’s Basilica and hidden Venice Walking tour. The tour will end at 5.30pm
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
• A dress code is required to enter places of worships and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops are allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. This dress code is strictly enforced and you will risk refused entry if you fail to comply with requirements
• Large bags and rucksacks are not allowed inside St Mark's Basilica
• Occasionally, St Mark's Basilica will be closed to the public (without prior notice) because of religious festivities, functions or high water. These closures are beyond our control so no refunds or discounts will be issued. Guides will provide explanation from outside.
• Please note: Avventure Bellissime opening hours are Mon to Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm April to mid October. Other months: 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri, 9am - 3pm Sat, public holidays closed. When the office is closed and in case of emergencies, you can contact the following number: +39 340 0502444 (from 7am until 9am and from 5:30pm until 8pm)
• Skip the line tickets to St Mark’s basilica are valid from 1st April until 31st October – From 1st November to 31st March due to less affluence to St Mark’s Basilica, this service is not provided by the church to all operators and individual travellers
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. Please make sure to check your email prior departure.
