Welcome to my cooking experience!
My name is Francesco and I am thrilled to introduce you to my special experience in the heart of Venice, where I combine Italian cuisine with a live guitar concert!
I have two great passions, I love Italian home cooking and I love music as well!
In this one-of-a-kind cooking class, I will take you to my home and teach you how to make homemade pasta!
I will guide you step by step in the preparation of the dough, the cut of the fresh pasta, all the way to preparing a delicious sauce and plating!
After having lunch together, I will take you into the world of acoustic guitar!
